Widget
The capacity to know who was sitting at what computer when would be a disastrous boon to Patriot Actors and the RIAA that would outweigh any other benefit. But mightn't there be some way just to know where in realspace a given IP number could be found? Often one encounters foolishness offered as fact in comment boxes; wouldn't it be nice to have a widget that would automatically send to the computer in question the address of the nearest library?
